Got some shit done since the last issue!!
Went out to Tucson, AZ to play a show with our friends O.P.U. (check them motha
fuckas out) and hit up the studio to record an instrumental jam album that is
to be released as a split with our friends HELLFARM. Shout out to Pory of NOG
Records for giving us hella advice on putting it out ourselves. Another big
shout out to Devil’s Claw Distro for helping us with printing and
distribution!! Also released a tape of our debut album “LSD Is Good For You” (CD
and digital versions are out now on Big Pharma Records and available to stream
on Bandcamp, Spotify and Pandora) as well as a live album. We hit up the
Southwest with or homies Ciphers of Transcendence and are playing a shit ton of
shows as always. Thanks to the Redlands Pyrate Punx we’re going to be at
Libertatia this year which is going to be rad as fuck and they’re also hooking
it up with a show on August 26th at The Void in San Bernardino to
help us party it up for the release of the HELLFARM/Brain Fragment split. But

Healing:
Motha fuckin crust jazz!! This fuckin’ band
is a technical all instrumental orgasm for the ears that truly speaks to your
soul. You can hear the influences of death metal and thrash as well as jazz.
Odd combination but honestly these dudes can fuckin’ play. Every note is
completely saturated with emotion and soul, every carefully placed beat, rhythm
and melody is straight from the heart. Words are completely unnecessary for the
genre bending adventure that is Healing.
Dangerously Sleazy:
It’s not just a cool name, the Sleaze is also
a cool band!! These mother fuckers are L.A. as FUCK!! With influences ranging
from KISS to the Exploited you’ll get a face full of rock and roll. This trio
basically embodies everything that comes to mind when one thinks of big city
punk bands. Raw energy, angst, powerful songs and the ability to deliver it all
while supremely fucked up. These musicians don’t give a fuck, they just want to
party it up and play some music. All about chillin’ and all about playin’
Dangerously Sleazy is a band that you need to see the next time you’re in L.A.
Do Wrong Right:
It’s a rural attack of rhythm and melody.
It’s a passionate beat with a lot of heart. It’s a breath of fresh air. It’s Do
Wrong Right!! Perfect for a bar or a campfire this folky duo is a guaranteed
good time!! They get down on a kick snare, acoustic guitar, harmonica and
violin with powerfully melodic vocals to go with it all. Good spirited and with
a range of emotion they’ll either help you relax over a pitcher of beer or get
you stomping your feet. They’ll be heading out on a mini tour around Joshua
Tree between July 21st and 23rd but hey play locally
often so keep an eye for their name in upcoming events and fliers. These guys are
good and you seriously don’t want to miss out!!
