Snail Trail Issue #1

INTRODUCTION:
What’s up everyone? Welcome to the first issue of Snail Trail! We’re here to help spread the word on underground music and art that seems to get lost in the digital era. It’s easy to scroll past flyers and links to songs to when they’re readily available all the time. Like, who the fuck are these people and why should I care anyway? Well, if you’re reading this then you probably give some kind of fucks about underground music and art and this is exactly where you’re going to find out who the fuck some of these people are. Basically, Brain Fragment plays a shit ton of gigs and we’ll be covering updates on ourselves as well as what’s going on with other underground artists we play with!! But the only way to really know is to check it all out for yourself. So go to shows, listen to music and get involved!!

LIVE REVIEWS!!!
Downtown Brown:
Funk, punk, rock and metal all rolled into one hilarious package!! These guys are some seriously skilled musicians with influences from multiple backgrounds. It’s very apparent that they love what they do. Each member exerts so much energy on stage and yet they don’t take themselves seriously. It’s a musical explosion of fun from beginning to end. On the surface you get dick jokes and self deprecating humor accompanied by skillful playing and well thought out song compositions with attention to detail. Downtown Brown is a band truly loves what they do; it’s music for the sake of music, art for the sake of art, humor for the sake of humor, fun for the sake of fun.

Rock 'N' Roll Suicides:
Take it back to the late ‘70s with this band!!! Heavily influenced by the origins of LA punk this band’s live performance is like something you’ve only read about. It’s melodic and energetic with a bounce. It’s like a controlled fury that makes you want to jump up and down!! With catchy old school punk rock riffs accompanied by heartfelt lyrics about their own lives and experiences you’ll want to dance and sing along. They’re A fun band with an obvious passion for early punk rock that is not to be missed. Get out to one of their shows and grab a beer with the Rock ‘N’ Roll Suicides!!
Vivo Muerto:
Heavy, hard hitting and furious, these guys are a gnarly combination of hardcore and grindcore!! If you find yourself in Coachella Valley then you need to go check these dudes out. Their performance is like an intense release of face shattering ferocity that’s just so satisfying. If you’re a fan of circle pits and raw, aggressive music then these guys are a must. They’re always playing in the Coachella Valley and are an extremely good reason to visit the area.  If you already live in the area the get the fuck out to one of their shows and slam around to Vivo Muerto!!
